Get the SARC removal tool (Symantec.com).

1. Download McAfee Stinger (Network Associates) to the desktop
2. Close all programs and empty the recycle bin before running the program
3. Run stinger.exe and click the "Scan Now" button on the upper left corner
4. After the scan completes, if it found anything you must reboot your machine immediately
